Carol has been with the Friendship Home for astonishing 32 years. Carol is a very compassionate, caring, and dedicated CMA that does an incredible job managing the care for our residents. Carol has a huge heart and truly cares for everyone. Carol goes above and beyond for her residents and the residents are always complimenting how thorough and loving Carol is.
Carol is a great team player and works well with her co-workers. Carol has picked up many, many extra hours over the years that we are all grateful for. Carol knows the Friendship Home and all of the residents so well; you could ask her anything about any of our residents and 9 times out of 10 Carol will know the answer.
This year Carol was the only CNA nominated for the Lily Award.
